Letter: Justice must be equal

Sen. John Curtis, R-Utah, has asked the Judiciary Committee to investigate a “wedding gift” worth hundreds of thousands of dollars used to finance the party after Donald Trump Jr.’s wedding. Curtis said the money came from a Russian oligarch. He also called for the same level of scrutiny for the Hunter Biden investigation, pointing to what he described as a parallel standard. According to the letter, Trump’s Justice Department charged Hunter Biden for allegedly failing to pay several years of federal income taxes, and Curtis wants that case examined with similar attention.
