Welcome to xCruzo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the xCruzo mobile application, website (www.xcruzo.com), and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by xCruzo LLC ("xCruzo," "we," "us," or "our"), a company headquartered in Weston, Florida, United States.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use xCruzo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, username, and password. You may optionally provide a phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and selecting "Confirm via SMS" during registration, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from xCruzo. These messages are used solely for account verification purposes (one-time passcodes).
- Program Name: xCruzo Account Verification
- Message Frequency: Typically 1 message per registration or login attempt. You will not receive more than 5 messages per month.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages from xCruzo. You may still verify your account via email.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at admin@xcruzo.com.
- Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No Purchase Required: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from xCruzo.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without authorization; (e) impersonate another person or entity.
5. News Content
xCruzo aggregates and summarizes news from third-party sources using artificial intelligence. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. AI-generated summaries are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. Always refer to the original source for verification.
6. VIN Search & Vehicle Data
Vehicle information provided through our VIN Search feature — including MSRP, specifications, and xCruzoAI scores — is sourced from publicly available databases and proprietary algorithms. This data is provided "as is" for informational purposes only and does not constitute an appraisal, guarantee of condition, or substitute for a professional vehicle inspection.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with xCruzo (including the xCruzoAI brand) are the property of xCruzo LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. xCruzo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided (including AI summaries, vehicle data, and scores) is accurate, complete, or reliable.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, xCruzo LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON VEHICLE DATA, AI SUMMARIES, OR SCORES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xCruzo LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

Bienvenido a xCruzo. Estos Términos de Servicio (“Términos”) rigen el uso de la aplicación móvil xCruzo, el sitio web (www.xcruzo.com) y todos los servicios relacionados (colectivamente, el “Servicio”) operados por xCruzo LLC (“xCruzo”, “nosotros”, “nos” o “nuestro”), una empresa con sede en Weston, Florida, Estados Unidos.

1. Elegibilidad
Debe tener al menos 13 años para usar xCruzo. Al usar el Servicio, declara cumplir con este requisito y que la información que proporciona es precisa y completa.
2. Registro de Cuenta
Para acceder a ciertas funciones, debe crear una cuenta proporcionando una dirección de correo electrónico válida, un nombre de usuario y una contraseña. Opcionalmente puede proporcionar un número de teléfono. Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales y de toda la actividad en su cuenta.
3. Términos de Mensajería SMS
Al proporcionar su número de teléfono y seleccionar “Confirmar por SMS” durante el registro, usted consiente expresamente recibir mensajes de texto transaccionales de xCruzo. Estos mensajes se utilizan únicamente para verificación de cuenta (códigos de un solo uso).
- Nombre del Programa: Verificación de Cuenta xCruzo
- Frecuencia de Mensajes: Típicamente 1 mensaje por intento de registro o inicio de sesión. No recibirá más de 5 mensajes al mes.
- Tarifas de Mensajes y Datos: Pueden aplicarse tarifas de mensajes y datos según su operador móvil.
- Cancelación: Puede cancelar en cualquier momento respondiendo STOP a cualquier mensaje. Después de cancelar, no recibirá más mensajes SMS. Aún podrá verificar su cuenta por correo electrónico.
- Ayuda: Responda HELP para obtener asistencia o contáctenos en admin@xcruzo.com.
- Operadores Compatibles: Los principales operadores de EE. UU. son compatibles. Los operadores no son responsables por mensajes retrasados o no entregados.
- Sin Compra Requerida: El consentimiento para recibir SMS no es condición para adquirir bienes o servicios de xCruzo.
4. Uso Aceptable
Usted acepta no: (a) usar el Servicio para fines ilegales; (b) intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a ninguna parte del Servicio; (c) interferir o interrumpir el Servicio; (d) extraer, rastrear o recopilar datos del Servicio sin autorización; (e) hacerse pasar por otra persona o entidad.
5. Contenido de Noticias
xCruzo agrega y resume noticias de fuentes de terceros utilizando inteligencia artificial. No reclamamos la propiedad del contenido de terceros. Los resúmenes generados por IA se proporcionan únicamente con fines informativos y pueden contener inexactitudes. Siempre consulte la fuente original para verificación.
6. Búsqueda VIN y Datos de Vehículos
La información sobre vehículos proporcionada a través de nuestra función de Búsqueda VIN — incluyendo MSRP, especificaciones y puntuaciones xCruzoAI — proviene de bases de datos públicamente disponibles y algoritmos propietarios. Estos datos se proporcionan “tal cual” con fines informativos únicamente y no constituyen una tasación, garantía de condición ni sustituyen una inspección profesional del vehículo.
7. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido, marcas registradas, logotipos y software asociados a xCruzo (incluyendo la marca xCruzoAI) son propiedad de xCruzo LLC. No puede reproducir, distribuir ni crear obras derivadas sin consentimiento previo por escrito.
8. Privacidad
Su uso del Servicio también está regido por nuestra Política de Privacidad, que describe cómo recopilamos, usamos y protegemos su información.
9. Descargos de Responsabilidad
EL SERVICIO SE PROPORCIONA “TAL CUAL” Y “SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD” SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS. xCruzo no garantiza que el Servicio sea ininterrumpido, libre de errores, ni que la información proporcionada (incluidos los resúmenes de IA, datos de vehículos y puntuaciones) sea precisa, completa o confiable.
10. Limitación de Responsabilidad
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, xCruzo LLC NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS QUE SURJAN DEL USO DEL SERVICIO, INCLUYENDO, ENTRE OTROS, LA DEPENDENCIA EN DATOS DE VEHÍCULOS, RESÚMENES DE IA O PUNTUACIONES.
11. Indemnización
Usted acepta indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a xCruzo LLC, sus directivos, directores, empleados y agentes de cualquier reclamación, daño o gasto que surja del uso del Servicio o de la violación de estos Términos.
12. Modificaciones
Podemos actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios se publicarán en esta página con una fecha de vigencia actualizada. El uso continuado del Servicio después de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los Términos revisados.
13. Terminación
