Welcome to xCruzo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the xCruzo mobile application, website (www.xcruzo.com), and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by xCruzo LLC ("xCruzo," "we," "us," or "our"), a company headquartered in Weston, Florida, United States.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use xCruzo. Users in jurisdictions where applicable law requires a higher minimum age of digital consent — including members of the European Union where the minimum age may be 14, 15, or 16 depending on the member state — must meet that higher requirement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet all applicable age requirements in your jurisdiction. To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, username, and password. You may optionally provide a phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
By providing your phone number and selecting "Confirm via SMS" during registration, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from xCruzo. These messages are used solely for account verification purposes (one-time passcodes).
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without authorization; (e) impersonate another person or entity.
xCruzo aggregates and summarizes news from third-party sources using artificial intelligence. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. AI-generated summaries are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. Always refer to the original source for verification.
xCruzo does not take editorial positions on political, religious, social, or other matters of personal opinion. Our AI-powered curation and summarization tools present news content in a neutral and informational manner. xCruzo does not endorse, promote, or suppress any particular viewpoint, ideology, religion, political party, candidate, or belief system, and does not discriminate in the selection or presentation of news content based on origin, identity, or affiliation.
