Air Baltic enters codeshare pact with El Al after unveiling plans to return to Tel Aviv

Air Baltic has signed a codeshare with El Al as it prepares to restore Riga–Tel Aviv service on July 1. El Al will place its LY code on Air Baltic’s Riga–Tel Aviv flights, which will operate three times weekly. In addition, Air Baltic’s routes from Riga to Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Helsinki, Munich, Oslo, Stockholm, Tallinn, Vienna, Vilnius, and Zurich will carry El Al’s code. Air Baltic will also place its BT code on El Al-operated Tel Aviv flights to Amsterdam, Vienna, Munich, Frankfurt, Milan, Berlin, and Zurich. The move reflects growing demand for Tel Aviv travel as the Middle East stabilises, with monitoring and adjustment planned as needed.
