Three seasonal services from Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City to Florida will shift to December from October, while two previously suspended routes to New York’s JFK airport will not return. Why it matters: Statistics Canada data cited by the report show Canadians returning by air from the U.S. fell 28% to fewer than 462,000 between May 2024 and the previous May. The airline plans up to five daily flights this winter between Billy Bishop and LaGuardia.
