Anything but programmable: New cost-efficient EC-power-supply-series for the DIN rail by CAMTEC PS

CAMTEC Power Supplies expanded its industrial EC-SIC-MOSFET DIN-rail power supply line with a new 2000W model, the CPS-EC2000. Using SiC-MOSFET technology, the unit targets end-of-line test benches and control cabinets, allowing precise voltage and current adjustment across a wide range via precision potentiometers. It is designed for fast response to load changes and low residual ripple comparable to laboratory-grade supplies, while intentionally omitting programming functions available instead in the flexibly programmable CPS-i series. The CPS-EC2000 is offered with output voltages from 48 VDC to 264 VDC and is now available through CAMTEC distributors worldwide. Efficiency is stated at 94%, with power-good monitoring, inhibit/interlock, remote shutdown and other control modes included.
