Authorities said 53 passengers arrived from Laser Airlines on the first enabled contingency flight from Miami to Barcelona, and Laser plans a daily schedule with boarding options between Barcelona and Miami. In Venezuela, Avior Airlines began a contingency plan on July 3, with three weekly domestic flights from Barcelona to Maracaibo and weekly international flights from Barcelona to Bogotá and Medellín.
