Dream Jeremiah Smith NFL Draft Scenario Revealed for Jets

New York Jets fans are looking ahead to the 2027 NFL Draft after ESPN New York’s Jake Asman laid out a “dream scenario” for the team. Speaking on the “Jets Collective” podcast, Asman compared the plan to Houston’s past moves involving Will Anderson Jr and C.J. Stroud, pointing to Darren Mougey’s reported trading ability and the Jets’ three first-round picks. The idea: if no quarterback goes in the top 10, the Jets could target Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith and then trade back up for the quarterback they prefer. ESPN’s Rich Cimini called Smith a “phenomenal prospect.”
