Emirates has confirmed it will resume Airbus A380 service between Dubai (DXB) and Beijing Capital (PEK), bringing back the double-decker on a limited basis. The airline’s A380 return follows the earlier reintroduction of the superjumbo from DXB to Osaka Kansai in early September. With PEK’s comeback, Emirates plans to use the A380 at up to 20 Asia-Pacific airports through the end of 2026. For DXB–PEK, Emirates intends first-class-equipped A380 flights on October 4–31, covering about 3,162 nautical miles (5,856 km) and replacing the Boeing 777-300ER. Two daily departures are scheduled, with the other pair still operated by the 777.
