EVA Air Ranked No. 1 International Airline in Travel + Leisure's World's Best Awards 2026

EVA Air Ranked No. 1 International Airline in Travel + Leisure's World's Best Awards 2026 marks a first for the carrier as it was named the top international airline in Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards 2026. The ranking, based on the magazine’s annual readers’ survey, came during a Taipei announcement dated July 8, 2026, and represents EVA Air’s first time claiming No. 1. The airline attributes the result to service excellence, innovation, and an enhanced travel experience. EVA Air Chairman Steve Lin cited strong feedback for its new fourth-generation Premium Economy Class, introduced in 2025, and noted that the airline partners with internationally renowned brands for onboard amenities and dining. Travel + Leisure reports that more than 200,000 readers participated. The awards are published in the August 2026 issue, while full results appear online. EVA Air is also a SKYTRAX 5-Star Airline for 11 consecutive years and is a Star Alliance member.
