Hour Flights: United Airlines' 5 New Longest Airbus A321XLR Routes [List & Map]
xCruzo Brief
United Airlines has unveiled new international routes for 2025 and early 2026, with roughly half of the additions planned for the Airbus A321XLR. The five first long-haul corridors using the jet are expected to reach “topblock” times around nine hours, and much of the growth centers on Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), though one route also begins in Washington, D.C. The Washington Dulles (IAD) to Toulouse (TLS) link starts April 26 with daily connections, making United the only U.S. carrier nonstop to Toulouse. Several Newark A321XLR services to Spain are scheduled to begin May 31 and June 2.
