IndiGo Doha-Bengaluru flight diverts to Muscat after pilot falls ill mid-air

IndiGo said its flight from Doha to Bengaluru was diverted to Muscat on Thursday after an urgent medical need for one of the operating crew members. The airline reported that flight 6E 1302 was operated with an A321 aircraft. In a statement, IndiGo said the diversion was made to allow prompt medical attention. According to the company, the crew member received help from a medical team after landing and is now feeling better. IndiGo added that an alternative aircraft, along with a new set of crew, had been arranged to continue the journey to Bengaluru. No further information about the incident was immediately available.
