Jets HC breaks silence on Breece Hall trade rumors as Braelon Allen breaks out

After a Week 8 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, the New York Jets are 2-6 and are widely viewed as sellers as the trade window approaches. ESPN’s Rich Cimini highlighted running back Breece Hall as the most compelling trade candidate, especially with Braelon Allen breaking out while Hall has been hurt. However, Jets head coach Aaron Glenn shut down the speculation. “Breece is still a part of this team,” Glenn said, adding that the Jets’ job is keeping good players and that Hall “will still be here.” Glenn’s comments indicate no blockbuster trade is planned. Hall is expected back in Week 9 unless traded, though rumors could resurface up to deadline day.
