JetZero Breaks Ground on First Aircraft Factory in Greensboro, North Carolina

JetZero breaks ground on its first aircraft factory in Greensboro, North Carolina, a landmark project backed by the largest state incentive package for a startup. The 8 million-square-foot campus will sit on more than 600 acres and house production of the Z4, an aircraft designed for the unserved middle market with 250 seats and a range up to 5,000 nautical miles. The plan promises up to 50 percent greater fuel efficiency and an elevated passenger experience. Governor Stein called it a historic step, while CEO O’Leary framed the project as a strategic reshaping of American aviation from North Carolina.
