Latino Professionals in Aerospace's Largest-Ever Aerospace Industry Expo To Bring 16 Airlines, Record Attendance to Orlando Sept. 17-18

Latino Professionals in Aerospace (LPA) says its LPA Aerospace Industry Expo 2026 will expand to two days and bring major airline participation to Orlando on Sept. 17-18. The event at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is presented by United Airlines and will feature 16 airlines and 65 exhibitors, with thousands expected to attend for hiring and networking. Sponsors include Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines and others. LPA said recruiting teams will conduct interviews and career presentations, building connections for candidates seeking aerospace roles. LPA launched the expo in 2023; it nearly doubled attendance each year and drew more than 2,600 attendees in 2025. In 2026, organizers say growth is driven by demand from employers and job seekers.
