Photos: Inside Delta's Stunning New 4,000-Square-Foot Delta One Lounge At LAX
Delta’s premium expansion at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) continues with the opening of a new Delta One Lounge, underscoring the airline’s strategy to add upscale space at a major global gateway. The new lounge is located in Terminal 2 and spans about 4,000 square feet (372 square meters), with seating for 75 guests. Delta notes this is a separate space from the more widely known Delta One Lounge already associated with LAX, which can lead to confusion for travelers. Designed to be quieter and more curated, the Terminal 2 lounge replaces a self-directed setup with concierge-style seating and full table service. Delta’s larger Terminal 3 Delta One Lounge is roughly 10,000 square feet (929 square meters) and includes an outdoor terrace and wellness areas. Delta says demand for premium travel is rising as its network footprint expands.
