Rochester Airshow 2026: Thunderbirds, F-35B Jump Jet, and Local Pilot Flying Home

The 2026 A.P. Property Services Rochester International Airshow returns to Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport on Saturday, August 8, and Sunday, August 9. The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will arrive as early as Tuesday afternoon, with the first aircraft scheduled to land at ROC at 1:00 PM ET on August 5. A seven-ship free flyover is planned for about 2:15 PM ET Tuesday, and the FAA will impose a temporary flight restriction: drone flights are prohibited within 5.5 nautical miles of the show from 12:30 to 2:30 PM ET.
