The memo directs reservation agents to offer nearby options such as Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or Miami International (MIA), processing the change as an even exchange. Fort Lauderdale is about 45 miles south of West Palm Beach, and Miami is about 72 miles away. The memo also notes that the airport’s commercial passenger code is expected to remain PBI until an IATA change to DJT on Aug. 18, while systems are updated accordingly.
