Anthropic: The 5 Most Important Things Investors Need to Know from Its IPO Filing
Anthropic filed its initial S-1 registration statement on Oct. 26, giving investors early insight into a highly anticipated IPO. The stock is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT, though the filing did not include a share count or proposed price. The report said the IPO could be valued between $1.5 trillion and $2 trillion, potentially rivaling SpaceX’s. Key points highlighted include explosive revenue growth, with first-half 2026 revenue up 1,304% to $16.29 billion, and net revenue retention of 900% as of late September. Losses were also discussed, with much of the first-half $80.7 billion loss attributed to non-cash convertible-note revaluation. The filing also showed customer diversification, with no single client above 10% of revenue.
