Aurelio Licata Builds Done-for-You Airbnb Portfolios for Passive Cash Flow
Miami entrepreneur Aurelio Licata says he built a done-for-you Airbnb portfolio focused on passive cash flow, moving from a planned professional baseball career to short-term rental arbitrage after both shoulders failed during junior year in college. Using 0% interest business credit cards to fund an initial unit, he reinvested into additional properties and reached a 26-door portfolio after relocating to Miami, generating “over seven figures.” Licata runs The Arbitrage Empire, an active short-term rental management service that sources, furnishes, lists, and manages units, typically getting them live within 45 days. The company handles acquisition, design, pricing, 24/7 guest support, and cleaning turnovers, while clients keep ownership or the lease.
