Authorities scramble to locate 3-month-old allegedly taken by mother, Amber Alert issued

Authorities issued an AMBER Alert for a 3-month-old baby boy reported abducted in Northern California on Sunday. The child, Maxence Sirois, was last seen at 1 p.m. local time and is believed to be in the custody of his mother, 42-year-old Marina Kazakova. Kazakova is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 128 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Investigators said she allegedly failed to return Sirois to his mother on June 30 as required by a court-ordered custody agreement. Her vehicle, a 2016 white Mazda CX-5 with license plate number 7SJW989, was last seen in Kern County. CHP told KCRA that the pair could be in Alameda, San Joaquin, Kern or Los Angeles counties.
