A Boca Raton mansion asking $14 million is under contract, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team, which tracks Palm Beach County listings above $3 million. Between Aug. 24 and Aug. 30, buyers signed 17 contracts totaling $112.6 million in asking volume, up from the prior week’s 14 deals worth $77.1 million. Single-family homes accounted for 16 of the contracts, averaging $6.7 million and $1,698 per square foot, and taking 83 days on the market. The remaining contract was for a condo priced at $5.5 million. The leading listing is at 217 Thatch Palm Drive, an 8,550-square-foot home near the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
