Body found near lochan during search for missing Inverness angler

Police investigating the disappearance of a fisherman in the Scottish Highlands say a body has been found near a small loch. Kenneth Wilson, 70, from Inverness, was reported missing on Sunday. His car was discovered a short distance from Lochan an Eoin Ruadha, where he was known to go fishing regularly. Officers said the body was located near the loch, south of Inverness, shortly after midnight on Tuesday. Wilson’s family has been informed, according to police. Investigators have not released additional details about the circumstances or the cause of death.
