Boy, 13, Wounded In Portage Park Drive-By Shooting

A 13-year-old boy was wounded in a drive-by shooting in Portage Park on Monday evening, police said. Shortly after 8 p.m., the teen was standing outside in the 6000 block of West Montrose Avenue when a person in a dark-colored SUV fired shots, striking him in the left leg.
