Charles Robert Rodgers, 81, of Haverhill, died Sunday, October 11, 2026, at his residence surrounded by family. Born February 1, 1945, in Rochester, New York, he moved to Haverhill at age three. After leaving school early, Rodgers joined the U.S. Army and later worked more than 35 years as an electromechanical assembler at Raytheon in Andover. A longtime supporter of his children and grandchildren’s sports, he also enjoyed Boston sports teams, family time around a fire, and helping with home projects. In later years, he took up fishing and was known for a good joke. He is survived by his wife Donna P. Rodgers and multiple children, grandchildren, and siblings, with services scheduled for Oct. 14 calling hours and a graveside service Oct. 15.
