CVG airport adds around-the-clock dining with White Castle, Wow Bao and more

Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) has added 24/7 automated dining in Concourse B near Gate B21, expanding food access beyond traditional restaurant hours. The setup—built with automated retailer Evolvending—gives travelers and airport employees meals, breakfast items and snacks all day. Participating brands include White Castle, Wow Bao, Evolve CAFE and The Amish Pretzel Co. CVG will be the first airport to offer The Amish Pretzel Co. menu through Evolvending’s smart retail network. Evolvending says the platform can rotate offerings based on passenger preferences, local demand and culinary trends. The airport serves 9 million travelers in 2025, offers more than 55 nonstop destinations via 14 airlines and tour operators, and reports a $12.2 billion annual economic impact.
