Greaves Cotton Reports 31 Percent Growth in Q1 FY27 Revenue, Strengthens Global Presence and Future-Ready Businesses

Greaves Cotton Limited reported Q1 FY27 results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with consolidated revenue of INR 974 crore, up 31% year-on-year, and standalone revenue of INR 629 crore, up 16%. The company said the performance was driven by disciplined execution under its Greaves.Next strategy, including strengthened core businesses and expanded international presence. It incorporated Greaves International Trading FZE in Dubai, UAE, and reaffirmed its commitment to Greaves Electric Mobility through a INR 331 crore rights issue subscription. Financially, consolidated EBITDA was INR 56 crore and operating PBT INR 27 crore, while standalone EBITDA was INR 71 crore and operating PBT INR 67 crore. Greaves Electric Mobility and Greaves Finance were highlighted as future-ready investments.
