Long-term Airbnb rentals 2026: 10 luxury extended stays

Extended stays live or die on unglamorous details: whether there’s a real oven, in-unit laundry, adequate storage, and a layout that works for weeks. That’s the lens behind 10 “luxury” long-term Airbnb rentals published with nightly rates from $287 in Mexico City to $4,865 in the Exumas. The list spans Morocco, Mexico, Japan, Indonesia, the U.K., the U.S., the Bahamas, South Africa, and Panama. Many are built around reliable long-stay amenities like proper kitchens, outdoor space, and sometimes concierge or household support. Airbnb nightly prices aren’t fixed monthly costs, so the real long-stay total depends on the host at booking.
