NextBoat Inc. announced a national rollout of its AI platform through a strategic partnership with MarineMax, positioning NextBoat as MarineMax’s preferred wholesale and trade-in partner. Under the agreement, MarineMax becomes the first enterprise dealer group to adopt the NextBoat AI platform for preferred wholesale routing, sending a significant and growing share of trade-in and pre-owned inventory into NextBoat’s network. MarineMax, described as the world’s largest recreational boat and yacht retailer, reported over $2.3 billion in annual revenue across 120 locations worldwide. NextBoat said the added volume is expected to accelerate its marketplace, data, and financing growth. The company attributes its approach to replacing fragmented dealer processes with AI-powered vessel valuations using real transaction data, nationwide buyer access, and automated deal tracking. The partnership also includes Newcoast, MarineMax’s finance and insurance arm, enabling financing and marine insurance opportunities tied to platform-originated transactions.
