Obituary: Stanley Clarence Hall

Stanley Clarence Hall, 78, died at home on August 24, 2026, after a brief illness, surrounded by his children. Born May 25, 1948, in Caribou, Maine, he grew up in East Hartford, Connecticut, and graduated from George J. Penney High School in 1967. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1968 and served one Vietnam War tour, earning an honorable discharge in 1969. He married Sharon Parsons in 1972; they divorced in 1992 and had two children, Stephanie and Damian. Hall worked 30 years at Electric Boat Shipyard building submarines and later earned an associate’s degree in accounting at age 50. No formal services are planned; private tribute will be held on Lake St. George in Liberty, Maine.
