Orlando Boat Show floats into Central Florida with 600 vessels

The Orlando Boat Show returns to Central Florida with more than 600 boats from 85 brands for visitors at the Orange County Convention Center, Aug. 28–30. The event, open 10 a.m.–8 p.m. on Aug. 28–29, is designed to appeal to both new and experienced boaters, with categories ranging from bowriders and center consoles to fishing, jet, pontoon, and surf boats. Organizers also emphasize family programming, including mermaid and pirate stilt walkers, a trout pond, and a “Hook The Future” kids fishing clinic. Children 12 and younger receive a free rod and reel while supplies last, and seminars include a half-day Indian River fishing experience valued at $400.
