Portland police investigate reported shooting near Home Depot in Northeast Portland

Portland Police are investigating a reported shooting near a Home Depot in northeast Portland. The Portland Police Bureau said the incident was reported at about 9 p.m. Tuesday on Northeast Glenn Widing Drive, close to Northeast Airport Way and the I-205 bridge. A witness told KGW they saw a person fire roughly a dozen rounds into a car before running away, and the witness’s dashcam appeared to capture the sound of multiple gunshots. Police focused their response on a single vehicle based on information available Tuesday night. There were no immediate reports of injuries or deaths, and no arrests had been announced.
