Search for missing Kemaman fisherman enters fifth day with no new leads

The search for two Kemaman fishermen feared missing after their boat sank has stretched into its fifth day, with a vast search area. Assets deployed include the MMEA vessel KM Redang with 19 personnel, a PLC 3 marine police boat with eight, and a local fishing boat with seven. As of 6 pm today, no new clues about victims Azan Muda, 68, and Nordin Mohammad, 61, had been found. The missing men are boat skipper Azan Muda and deckhand Nordin Mohammad; Mahadi Jusoh, 51, was rescued on Thursday. The SAR operation was suspended for the day and would resume Tuesday morning.
