Star Bengals Defensive Tackle Starting Training Camp on PUP List
Star Bengals defensive tackle B.J. Hill is set to begin training camp on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list as the team manages an injury. Cincinnati announced Saturday that it placed Hill on the PUP list and also listed tight end Josh Kattus on the Active/Non-Football Injury list. The foot injury Hill dealt with last offseason did not prevent him from appearing in games, but the nature of his current problem was not disclosed. Last season, Hill recorded 66 tackles, 13 quarterback pressures, and five tackles for loss, and he joined Cincinnati after linking up with teammate Dexter Lawrence II, his former New York Giants buddy. Training camp officially starts Wednesday, with the expectation that Hill may be able to return in a few weeks to come off PUP.
