Streamer DeenTheGreat charged with felony robbery in Miami yacht case, faces up to 15 years

Miami prosecutors have filed a felony robbery charge and a misdemeanor battery charge against boxer/streamer DeenTheGreat, whose birth name is Nurideen Shabazz, stemming from an alleged yacht altercation on May 27. Court records cited by TMZ say the incident occurred in Miami Beach. Prosecutors allege that after a woman was ejected from a yacht, police responded near the 200 block of North Shore Drive. The woman, Destiny Aleman, told authorities Shabazz forced her to leave and then grabbed her forearm to stop her from filming and attempted to snatch her cellphone. Video from the yacht owner is said to show attempts to take the phone. Shabazz, 25 and based near Tampa, pleaded not guilty, requested a jury trial and discovery, and faces up to 15 years if convicted on the felony charge. Bond was set at $2,500.
