TCS Becomes Technology and Innovation Partner to New York's New Terminal One at JFK Airport
TCS will become the technology and innovation partner for New Terminal One at New York’s JFK Airport, aiming to build a digitally enabled “next-generation” guest experience. The partnership, announced July 14, 2026, positions Tata Consultancy Services as the strategic partner for the terminal, part of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s $19 billion transformation of JFK. TCS will support terminal-wide technology systems including passenger processing, AI-driven IT operations, infrastructure management, enterprise application support, and cybersecurity. Using TCS Cognix™ and ignio™ solutions, the company will help provide end-to-end visibility and proactive management across passenger processing, baggage handling, and terminal security. The agreement is also described as supporting airline cost efficiencies through lower operating costs and smoother international travel operations at JFK.
