This Custom Gunther Werks Porsche Is An 860-HP Tribute To A Racing Legend
Gunther Werks and Charlie Brundle have built the Brundle Edition Turbo, a limited tribute to racing legend Martin Brundle based on the Porsche 911 Turbo. The car features a two-tone pearl paint scheme inspired by one of Martin’s old race helmets, with “BRUNDLE” script on the rear and MB initials embossed into thin carbon bucket seats. Charlie Brundle worked with the company and says the design is meant to reflect both his father’s achievements and their relationship. Gunther Werks plans just five examples. Under the skin is a turbocharged 4.0-liter flat-six producing 860 hp and 610 lb-ft, paired with a six-speed manual, double-wishbone suspension, downforce, and Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes. Matching details include a signed Bell helmet and forged magnesium wheels, but no price was announced.
