VIGFC's annual kids fishing tourney Nov. 14 on St. Thomas

The Virgin Islands Game Fishing Club will host its annual Kids Fishing Tournament next weekend in St. Thomas. The event is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 14, at IGY’s American Yacht Harbor Marina in Red Hook. Entry is free for children ages 14 and younger, with prizes awarded in separate age brackets. One set of categories is for kids ages 9 and younger, while another covers ages 10 to 14. The tournament is designed to give young anglers a structured competition and a clear pathway to be recognized for their fishing performance. Families in the area can plan around the marina location and the single-day schedule.
