Year-Old Vanishes After Boat Full of Friends Leaves Without Her and No One Remembers Where She Got Off
Authorities continued a multi-agency search for a missing 19-year-old woman after she disappeared during a pontoon boat trip at Grayson Lake in Kentucky. Marly Kinney, from Ashland, was last seen on June 24 at the Carter County Lake area, according to Kentucky Fish and Wildlife. The group had been on the pontoon with 10 others, and she was reportedly seen getting off around 4 p.m. to use the restrooms, after which the boat departed and the exact location where she exited became unclear. Helicopters, drones, sonar equipment, K-9 teams, divers, boats, and volunteers were used as the search continued into Sunday. The boat operator, Cameron P. Conley, 23, faces a charge of boating under the influence after a blood alcohol concentration of 0.137% was recorded.
