Zebra mussels found in Little Boy Lake, and officials say eradication is not feasible

The discovery came from a settlement sampler attached near the end of a private dock, a device designed to detect new infestations. DNR invasive species specialist Gina Kemper cautions that once zebra mussels take hold, eradication is generally not feasible.
