Adient (ADNT) Q3 2026 Earnings Call Transcript

Adient reported third-quarter 2026 results during an earnings call held Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. ET. Management said revenue rose 5% year over year to $3.9 billion, led by favorable volumes in the Americas and Asia. Adjusted EBITDA was $225 million, flat versus the prior year, as $32 million of temporary operating costs related to the Middle East conflict offset gains. Adjusted EPS was $0.48, also flat. Segment results showed Americas revenue at $1.9 billion, EMEA down to $1.2 billion, and Asia up 12% to $810 million, supported by 33% consolidated growth in China. Full-year revenue guidance increased to $15 billion, while adjusted EBITDA guidance held at $885 million.
