Bentley Will Reveal The Hand Built Torcal On September 23

Bentley is preparing the reveal of its hand-built Torcal electric SUV on September 23 at 19:19, following the move of Torcal EV production into a renovated 1938 factory at Crewe. The new assembly line is designed to run with autonomous guided vehicles that transport partially built Torcals between stations on a precisely leveled floor. The project is part of a £350 million self-funded investment across Bentley’s Crewe site. Bentley says the line is nearing completion ahead of next week’s unveiling. Crewe also houses Bentley’s Continental GT family, Flying Spur and Bentayga, plus Mulliner bespoke commissions. Full specifications and pricing are expected at the September 23 reveal.
