Brickyard 400 qualifying order: Carson Hocevar wins the pole, full starting grid set for Indianapolis NASCAR Cup Series race
The Brickyard 400 qualifying order set for Indianapolis NASCAR Cup returns to Indianapolis Motor Speedway, with Carson Hocevar winning the pole for Sunday’s race. After Friday’s 50-minute practice, Toyota logged the five fastest times, led by Christopher Bell, followed by John Hunter Nemechek, Ty Gibbs, Erik Jones, and Denny Hamlin. Kyle Larson and Hocevar then posted the next two fastest laps, separating the Toyotas in the top 10, with Tyler Reddick eighth, Ryan Blaney ninth, and Daniel Suárez tenth. In qualifying, Spire dominated with all three cars inside the top six, as Hocevar led the trio alongside Suárez and Michael McDowell. Hocevar edged Suárez to earn pole, and he sits seventh in the Chase standings with five regular-season races left.
