CAMVER Launches Fleet AI OS, a Predictive Safety Platform That Detects EV Battery Hazards Before They Happen

CAMVER Inc. has launched Fleet AI OS, a predictive safety operating system for electric vehicle (EV) and purpose-built vehicle (PBV) fleets. Instead of reacting to incidents, the platform aims to identify hazards—such as battery thermal runaway—before they turn into crashes. CAMVER says analysis is based on real-time data from a plug-in OBD2 telematics device, onboard environmental sensors, and in-vehicle cameras, processed through a proprietary AI engine that learns normal driving patterns and flags subtle deviations. Alerts trigger above a 70-point Fleet Risk Index, while remote intervention begins above 85. Certified tests cite 100% accuracy for fire-anomaly detection, and pilots report 45% fewer safety events. Fleet AI OS is protected by 13 patents and has Korea’s Regulatory Sandbox approval (No. 703).
