Chery's Rugged New ICAUR V27 SUV Heads To The UK In 2027

Chery has confirmed that its new iCAUR brand will launch in the UK in early 2027 as a standalone name alongside Omoda and Jaecoo. Its first model will be the V27, a five-seat SUV with a tall, square, off-road-inspired exterior. Chery says the V27 will feature an electrified powertrain, though it plans to release detailed UK specifications closer to launch. Inside, the cabin keeps physical controls for basic functions and a large glasshouse, and the design has already won an award in Turin. Before arriving in the UK market, the V27 will undergo local development work at Chery’s engineering base at UTAC Millbrook. Chery also confirmed the V25 will be shown next week at the International User Summit.
