xCruzo Brief
A cash machine was ripped from a village shop during an early-morning ram raid in Suffolk, England, police said. Officers were called at 03:45 BST to reports of a theft at the Co-op on High Street in Lakenheath. Suffolk Police reported that a JCB telehandler—described as a vehicle combining features of a forklift and a crane—was used to remove the ATM. The machine was then loaded onto a black Nissan Navara pickup truck. About an hour later, the burnt-out truck and the cash machine were found across the border in the Norfolk village of Hockwold, near Thetford, at Cowle’s Drove. Police have not disclosed suspects or the amount stolen.
