Crewe Cut: flat out in the lightest Bentley in 85 years

Bentley’s lightest Supersports in 85 years is being framed as a deeper, more track-focused expression of the brand. The build adds a carbon-fibre roof to reduce the centre of gravity, a carbon-fibre lower bumper with an integrated front splitter, stacked dive planes, B-shaped fender blades behind the front wheels, and a rear diffuser with a near-vertical fixed spoiler on a new rear bumper. The package is claimed to generate 300kg of downforce. It rides on 22-inch forged Manthey Racing wheels, deletes the rear seats for weight savings, widens the rear track by 16mm, and adds twin-chamber dampers plus revised traction and stability controls. The 4.0-litre engine is heavily modified, and the car uses a full-length titanium Akrapovič exhaust.
