NASCAR’s Focused Health 250 in Hampton, Georgia, delivered a familiar outcome as Justin Allgaier won his sixth race of the season and clinched the top seed for the 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series “Chase.” The championship leader drove the No. 7 JR Motorsports Chevrolet to victory after a nearly four-hour, double-overtime finish at Atlanta’s EchoPark Speedway. With the white flag out, Brennan Poole and defending winner Nick Sanchez collided in the late scramble, sending cars into the outside wall. Allgaier ultimately held off teammate Carson Kvapil by 0.139 seconds. The win also secured Allgaier’s formal 2026 regular-season championship and kept JR Motorsports within one top-10 finish of matching a record 79-race streak held by Roush Fenway Keselowski.
