Deputy Patrol Vehicle Crashes Into SUV In Saginaw Township - Kiss 107.1

An investigation is underway after a Saginaw County sheriff’s deputy crashed into an SUV in Saginaw Township. The crash happened at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Center and Brockway roads. The deputy drove a departmental Dodge Durango with emergency lights on but without a siren, running a red light before the collision. The Equinox driver, a 51-year-old woman, was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. The deputy drove himself to a hospital for a medical evaluation, and the incident remains under police investigation.
