DUI Arrest: Missoula Man Crashes Into Multiple Parked Cars

Missoula police responded to an in-progress hit-and-run on Paxson Street on May 26, 2026, at about 2:49 p.m., after a white Nissan X-Terra allegedly drove on the sidewalk and struck a parked vehicle. Officers tracked the vehicle to the Albertson’s parking lot, where it was pinned against a Toyota after a high-risk pursuit. One officer briefly drew his service pistol, ordered the driver to shut off the ignition, and directed the driver to remain seated with hands on the wheel as others arrived.
