Kia’s next electric van, the PV7, is poised to inherit the spotlight as a larger sibling to the PV5. The PV5 has already become a fan favorite and accounted for 9% of Europe’s light commercial EV sales in the first three months of 2026, signaling strong regional demand. Built on Kia’s PBV platform and the Hyundai Motor Group SDx software stack, the PV5 offers flexible configurations, from Passenger to Cargo, WAV, and even three-row variants. The PV7, first shown as a Concept at CES 2024, is expected to be bigger, with dimensions near the size of a standard Ford Transit, and Kia promises the greatest interior space in the lineup.
